We buy businesses to own them. We do not run funds, so there is no clock on the ownership of a company we acquire and no obligation to sell to return capital to investors.

What sellers can expect from us. We keep the operating team and the brand unless there is a specific reason not to, and we say so before signing. We reinvest profits into the business first. Founders who want to remain involved can retain equity and a role, on terms agreed before closing. Decisions are made by people who own the company, not by a committee that reports to one.

What we expect in return. Clean financials, honest disclosure through diligence, and a management team that wants to keep building.
